Lindy was born and grew up, though still trying, in North Carolina.  She has also lived in Massachusetts, Texas and Guam! While living in Texas, she worked in oil, gas and mining.  She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Accounting and is a CPA.  She is also scuba certified.   Lindy lives with her husband,  two daughters, her cat, Flash,  three chickens-Rusty, Buttons and Babe Ruth and Smore, her hamster.   Her favorite word is ‘sure’ and her least favorite is ‘whatever’, said with an attitude.   When asked about what she likes most about her job, she said the flexibility.    We had to pry a bit to get her to admit to doing anything crazy, but she did confess to parasailing in Mexico and even said that she’d do it again if given the chance! She wants us all to know that yes, this really is crazy behavior for an accountant.
